Great job, Carmen! I found the info in this article very helpful. Since our oldest son, Casey, was diagnosed with type II Diabetes last year we are trying to learn as much as possible about the sweetening agents in our food and beverages. I didn't know anything about sugar alchohols! Thanks! Diane
Very interesting Carmen; I heard of; but never realized what "sugar alcohol" was. Many of us are on no or low sugar intake. It is good for us to know the facts of this. Arizona
